The honors program for Mathematics majors normally begins with Math-S 211 or Math-S 212. However, students with a strong calculus background may wish to join honors courses at the 300-level, such as Math-S 311 or Math-S 303. For permission to add a Math-S honors course, please submit a request to add a 200-level of higher math course form:

(S403-S404 may be used to fulfill this requirement.) You must achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.3 in all your courses and at least a grade point average of 3.5 in your Mathematics courses.
