Department of Mathematics

Professor Nam Le published a book in 2024 entitled, "Analysis of Monge–Ampère Equations", and Professor Larry Moss coauthored a book last year entitled, "Initial Algebras and Terminal Coalgebras: The Theory of Fixed Points of Functors".   They were both honored by the College of Arts and Sciences at a December 2025 book party.
