The Mathematics Department community celebrated Lunar New Year with a special tea on Friday, January 20.

Lunar New Year, which began on January 22, is celebrated widely throughout East Asia and marks the beginning of spring and the start of a new lunar cycle. The Mathematics Department community celebrated Lunar New Year with a special tea on Friday, January 20.

 

Special teas like this provide a space for faculty and students to come together in a friendly, supportive environment to build connections and have conversations.
