The sculpture below, Lotus, 1974, is a form based on the icosidodecahedron in which pentapyramids are nested within each other, each one rotated so that its edge meets the midface of the larger piece. It is painted using 50 different colors in systematic gradations. 

When he died in 2004, Bradley's entire estate was donated to Indiana University, including all of his own many mathematically based sculptures and his private collection of other artworks, as well as a substantial monetary bequest. 

Several of his smaller pieces grace display cabinets in the Mathematics department. Larger hanging sculptures are to be found in the Law Library, the Kelley School of Business, and the Indiana University Art Museum.
