Alli McCarty graduated in ‘21 with a statistics major and minors in math and biology. She is now an Application and Program Analyst at Deloitte in Chicago, IL. After a few years in basement labs working alone at IU, she sought a different track. She found the Walter Career Center especially helpful in finding opportunities. “Ask everyone that you talk with to introduce you to another person!”Ann Marie Methany graduated in ’20 with a statistics major and math and spanish minors. She is now a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse in Austin, TX. While at IU she was a Little 500 rider and involved in IU Outdoor Adventures. At Guidehouse, she develops complex statistical models for analyzing the adoption of electric vehicles. “If you do what you like, people will respect that.”Javier-Fuentes-Rohwer graduated in ’19 with majors in mathematics and economics. He is now a Senior Associate at RSM US LLP in Denver, CO and is applying to law school.Charlie Rosenthal graduated in ’20 with a mathematics and economics major and a business minor. He is now a Sales Operation Analyst II at Oracle in San Fransisco, CA. “Math is the most portable skill,” according to Charlie.
