Full StoryEvery year the Erdős institute (https://www.erdosinstitute.org/) invites graduate students from math departments across the US to learn and compete in data science projects. The projects can be found here:https://www.erdosinstitute.org/project-databaseThis year, several IUB Math students participated in this program gaining valuable industry experience. Two of those students from IUB Math participated on teams taking top honors of the Data Science Boot Camp Projects. The students were Cemile Kurkoglu on Team 20 and Pavel Kovalev on Team 27.
