Adam Cushman, an undergraduate math major working with Shukun Wu and Ciprian Demeter in analysis recently placed 231 out of 4329 students in the 86th William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition, held in December 2025.
This placement put him on the notables list sent out to all schools.
